We read support requests for the public image tools, legal pages, privacy questions, and editorial corrections. The site is intentionally small, so the fastest way to get a useful answer is to include the page URL and a clear description of the issue.
Tool Support
For tool support, include:
- the page or tool you were using;
- your browser and device type;
- the image format you tried to upload, such as JPG, PNG, or WebP;
- a short description of what happened.
Do not email private images unless they are necessary for support and you are comfortable sharing them. For the basic circle crop workflow, images are designed to be processed in your browser, so most issues can be described without sending the original file.
Useful examples of support requests include:
- the upload button did not open the file picker;
- the crop overlay was hard to position on a mobile device;
- the downloaded PNG did not keep the expected transparent background;
- a specific browser showed a blank preview;
- a guide described a platform size that appears to be outdated.
If the problem depends on an image file, describe the file instead of attaching it first. Include the approximate dimensions, file size, format, and whether it came from a camera, screenshot, design export, or social platform download. If we need a sample file to reproduce the issue, we will ask for the smallest non-sensitive example that demonstrates the problem.
Privacy Requests
For privacy or data questions, use the same email address and include "Privacy Request" in the subject line. More details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Examples of privacy requests include questions about cookies, analytics, account data, billing records, advertising identifiers, and image processing. For the basic browser-based crop tools, images are intended to remain on your device during editing. If you are asking about a feature that uses server-side processing, include the exact page URL and the date you used it so we can identify the relevant workflow.
Content Corrections
We try to keep practical image editing guides accurate and useful. Please contact us if you find:
- outdated platform profile picture dimensions;
- unclear explanations of PNG, JPG, WebP, transparency, or image quality;
- broken internal links or missing related-tool links;
- screenshots or examples that do not match the current tool behavior;
- wording that is confusing for a specific browser, device, or workflow.
When reporting a content issue, include the page URL, the section title, and the correction you believe is needed. If a platform has changed its image size guidance, include a source or describe where you found the updated requirement.
Business, Legal, and Accessibility Questions
For business or legal questions, use the same email address and include a specific subject line such as "Legal Question", "Accessibility Feedback", or "Business Inquiry". We welcome accessibility feedback about keyboard navigation, focus states, color contrast, mobile controls, and screen reader labels. Clear reports help us prioritize fixes that improve the site for real users rather than only changing the page text.
Response Expectations
We do not provide emergency support, but we aim to review practical bug reports, privacy requests, and correction requests in a reasonable timeframe. Some issues can be fixed quickly, such as broken links or unclear wording. Browser-specific image processing issues may take longer because they need reproduction across devices.
